CORTIGON Review Summary
Truth Nutraceutials CORTIGON is ultimately let down by low dosing.
Many of the ingredients used in this natural stress reducer are fairly effective – although there aren’t many actual stress reducers in here! The main issue though is that the biggest serving size is for phosphatidylserine, which gets just 150mg. With so few ingredients, we need a little more horsepower than that!
It is also missing many of the best nootropics. Poor effort from Truth Nutra.
Where To Buy CORTIGON
CORTIGON can be bought directly from Truth Nutraceuticals, which is always a good sign!
Full Truth Nutra CORTIGON Review
CORTIGON is a natural nootropic supplement from Truth Nutraceuticals.
While you’d be forgiven for having never heard of this guys before, they’re actually a pretty serious operation. Check out their online store and you’ll see an impressive range of products, from male enhancement stacks to ebooks.
CORTIGON itself is not billed as an all-round cognitive enhancer. Rather, it is primarily advertised as a “natural stress-fighting formula”.
More specifically, CORTIGON is said to rapidly reduce cortisol levels.
But it is still definitely a nootropic stack. Both the bottle and the Truth Nutra website list the following range of benefits:
- Increased energy
- Enhanced memory function
- Greater focus
- Helps naturally lower stress
- Natural balancing of hormones
That is a great list of benefits.
If you’re an accountant studying for your latest round of exams, or a designer with a packed order book, your biggest hurdle to success might be stress.
Stress absolutely kills cognitive function. That’s why so many people flunk an exam that they could pass with ease if they thought it didn’t matter.
A stack capable of reducing stress while also supporting memory function would be invaluable to many a busy executive, entrepreneur, or competitive gamer.
So the question now is, does CORTIGON really work?
Can it help “balance” cortisol levels?
Does it reduce stress levels effectively?
Can it help improve focus and clarity too?
How safe is CORTIGON? What are the main side effect risks?
In our full CORTIGON review below, we’ll answer all of these questions and more. But before we can do that, we need to lift up the hood and take a good look at what’s going on in this stack’s formula.
CORTIGON Formula
Let’s take a look at the CORTIGON formula:
That’s pretty weak.
Right away we can tell you that the main issue with CORTIGON is the serving sizes.
The ingredients themselves aren’t terrible. There are some things in here which will support cognitive function in the long term.
But there’s nowhere near enough horse power here for our liking.
Not only that, but there arne’t many known anxiolytics in CORTIGON – a real surprise for a stack sold primarily as a stress reducer!
All-in-all, a less than impressive effort from Truth Nutraceuticals!
Let’s go through all this in more detail.
Main Issue – Weak Servings – Lacks ‘Punch’
The main weakness of this stack is obviously the fact that the serving sizes are so small.
None of the ingredients are really dosed how they should be for maximum effect.
This is a serious problem anyway, but in a stack with so few ingredients, it is fatal.
For example, one of the best ingredients in CORTIGON is choline bitartrate.
Choline is used by the brain to make acetylcholine; a vital neurotransmitter involved in learning, information processing, and muscle contraction.
Choline bitartrate is a fairly effective way of increasing choline availability in the brain. More choline means more acetylcholine, which means more raw brain power.
But 25mg is an absolutely pathetic dose!
25mg isn’t even going to register with your body.
A typical stack might use 300mg of choline bitartrate.
A better dose might be 500mg.
This same criticism can be levied at pretty much every ingredient in CORTIGON.
Ginkgo Biloba can help increase cerebral blood flow. That means more oxygen and nutrients being delivered to your brain cells, which in turn means better cognitive function and brain health over the long-term.
But 60mg is less than you’ll get in the vast majority of stacks. It is certainly less than you’ll get from a standalone Ginkgo biloba supplement.
We could go on, but you get the idea.
Major Issue – No Anxiolytics!
CORTIGON is sold as a stress and anxiety reducer.
Truth Nutraceuticals claim that it helps bring cortisol levels down. That would significantly reduce stress and feelings of anxiety.
But we can’t see anything in the formula to make us believe that CORTIGON can actually do this.
It doesn’t contain any of the best natural anxiety reducers.
There’s no Tyrosine.
There’s no Rhodiola Rosea, which has been proven time and again in clinical trials to be an effective stress cure.
There’s no Ashwagandha.
These three substances are absolute staples in the nootropics industry.
They are used by countless natural anxiety supplements because they work.
Their absence in CORTIGON, designed explicitly to reduce anxiety, is conspicuous.

Truth Nutraceuticals CORTIGON Side Effects
We think very few users will experience side effects while using CORTIGON.
As we said, the main issue with this nootropic is that it doesn’t have any ‘punch’.
The doses are low across the board. That means the effects of the ingredients will be seriously blunted.
A bit of a silver lining is that the negative effects will be blunted as well!
None of the ingredients in Truth Nutra CORTIGON are thought to be dangerous.
They are all widely used, and have been studied in laboratory and clinical conditions.
There’s no nasty, synthetic brain drugs, and no powerful stimulants.
However, it is important to remember that we aren’t doctors.
This is not a comprehensive appraisal of ALL POSSIBLE dangers.
Everyone is different – all we can do is point out the most obvious potential pitfalls.
Talk to a doctor before continuing (and no, we don’t mean a chiropractor).

Truth Nutraceuticals CORTIGON Review Conclusion – Lacks Any Real Kick
CORTIGON just doesn’t pack enough punch for our liking.
The ingredients aren’t particularly powerful anyway – it uses choline bitartrate rather than Citicoline, for example.
But even if they were, the doses in many cases are laughably low.
There’s pretty much no point taking that much Choline Bitartrate.
The Ginko Biloba dose is less than you’ll get in standalone supplements. You can get away with that if the rest of your stack is full of well-dosed, powerful nootropics.
Perhaps most concerning is the lack of any real anxiolytics.
For a supplement claiming to be an incredible cure for anxiety, there aren’t many substances known to reduce stress in the formula.
Truth Nutraceuticals make some popular supplements. But we don’t see any reason for anybody to use CORTIGON if they want help staying alert, focused and under control during times of peak stress.
