NaturalCell NeuroActiv6 Review Summary
NeuroActiv6 is sold as a veritable cure-all; mood booster, anti-aging powder, brain health guard, and cognitive enhancer. Having looked at the formula though, we think it’s pretty weak in all of these areas.
It contains good servings of Citicoline and Ashwagandha. But as far as boosting brain power and reducing stress goes, this is pretty standard. There’s not much else to get excited about. The “organic polyphenol fruit and vegetable blend” is just a cheap mix of fruit powders – more cake mix than brain booster.
Where To Buy NeuroActiv6
NaturalCell look like a pretty serious manufacturing outfit. We think buying directly from them is a good idea.
Full NeuroActiv6 Review
NaturalCell’s NeuroActiv6 is a very interesting supplement.
It is a fairly new addition to the nootropics market, but it is already generating quite a bit of interest online. A quick Google search for “NeuroActiv6 review” will turn up plenty of results.
So why is this product getting so much attention? What is NeuroActiv6 supposed to do and how does it try to stand out from the crowd?
NeuroActiv6 is described as much more than a nootropic. Users are promised a wide range of benefits:
- Improves clarity & focus
- Enhances mood
- Restores brain energy
- Supports brain health
- Provides calming effect
- Rasies BDNF levels
That’s a very ambitious range of benefits to offer your customers.
The NaturalCell-run Amazon store also describes the product as being an “anti-aging” supplement.
Most nootropic stacks limit themselves to enhancing cognitive function (or claiming to at least).
Only a few stacks (such as Mind Lab Pro and INSIGHT) are capable of improving focus, supporting brain health, enhancing memory, AND boosting neurotrophic factors all at the same time.
Even these stacks limit themselves to cognition; no mention is made of “anti-aging”.
This all sounds really interesting.
Now we need to find out how much of it is true.
Does NeuroActiv6 really work?
Does it cause any nasty side effects?
What about value for money? How does NeuroActiv6 compare to other nootropics on the market right now?
We’ll answer all of these questions and more in our comprehensive NeuroActiv6 review below. We’ll begin, as usual, by examining the formula. If you have any questions please post them in the comments and we’ll get back to you asap!
NaturalCell NeuroActiv6 Formula
Let’s examine the NeuroActiv6 formula in more detail. Here is the label:
For a product that makes so many grand promises, that is a seriously disappointing formula.
The number of ingredients might strike some naive users as a bonus.
WBut that is rarely the case. In reality, what we see here is far from impressive.
There are some vitamins and minerals – all standard stuff. B6 does help with energy levels, but this isn’t going to make a huge difference to your mental energy levels by itself.
We then have a “organic polyphenol fruit and vegetable blend” that reads more like a cake mix label than a nootropic stack.
Then we have a handful of more interesting ingredients; some of which will improve cognitive function, some of which won’t.
We’ll go through this in a little more detail.
What We Like
To NaturalCell’s credit here, they have included some excellent natural nootropics in NeuroActiv6.
Every focus and memory stack needs a cholinergic, and NeuroActiv6 provides one of the best: Cognizin.
Cognizin is a branded form of Citicoline, or CDP-Choline.
This stuff is easily one of the most potent natural focus and concentration boosters in existence.
Cognizin delivers large amounts of choline to the brain, where it is turned to acetylcholine.
Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter heavily involved in multiple cognitive processes; it is often called the ‘learning neurotransmitter’ for that reason.
More acetylcholine available in the brain means more ready communication between neurons, which in turn means more raw brain power.
The 250mg of Cognizin we get in each serving of NeuroActiv6 is more than enough to deliver significant improvements in focus and your ability to learn in just a couple of weeks.
What We Don’t Like
There are a number of problems with NeuroActiv6.
The main one is arguably the thing that NaturalCell are likely to be most excited about: the “organic polyphenol fruit and vegetable blend”.
Take a look for yourself and we’re sure you’ll probably think the same thing. Just read off some of the ingredients:
- Strawberry
- Cranberry
- Banana
- Orange Peel
- Pear
- Lemon Peel
This reads more like the ingredient list on a pack of cupcakes than a serious nootropic.
We have absolutely no idea what any of these things have to do with enhancing cognitive function, supporting brain health, or anything else for that matter.
The fruit and vegetable blend is 2,500mg in total.
That’s 2.5g of various fruit powders.
We’re sure that you have little interest in paying good money for 2.5g of soda flavoring.
So what about the individually listed ingredients?
What about the real nootropics?
Well, there’s nothing to get too excited about here.
As we said above, NeuroActiv6 contains at least one excellent ingredient.
But a lone, potent nootropic does not make for a high quality, market-leading stack.
Cognizin can significantly increase your focus and ability to learn in the short term.
Ashwagandha can dramatically decrease feelings of stress and anxiety, as well as helping with sleep.
But these two ingredients together isn’t exactly a groundbreaking blend.
The other 3 ingredients listed individually on the NeuroActiv6 label have the same problem as the ingredients in the prop blend – THEY SOUND LIKE SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS, NOT NOOTROPICS!
You’re not going to see a significant increase in cognitive function from Tumeric, Olive Leaf or Coffee Fruit Powder.
Even if you could, buying a premium stack to get at these substances makes very little financial sense.
If you think tumeric and coffee is the answer to your sluggish morning brain, drink some coffee and eat more curry!
-How Does Reading Affect Cognition?-
NeuroActiv6 Side Effects
This doesn’t look like a dangerous stack at all.
As far as side effects go, NeuroActiv6 looks pretty benign.
NaturalCell have included a lot of useless ingredients, but they haven’t stuffed this nootropic with dangerous stimulants or synthetic brain drugs.
There may be some caffeine in the coffee fruit extract. But since this is just 100mg of whole fruit extract, it is unlikely to be enough for you to even notice.
Some of you may also be allergic to some of the ingredients in the ludicrously bloated fruit and vegetable blend. We advise you to read this blend’s ingredients carefully before proceeding.
Other than that, there’s no serious point of concern with NaturalCell NeuroActiv6.
NeuroActiv6 Review Conclusion – 2 Good Ingredients & Not Much Else!
In the final analysis, NaturalCell’s NeuroActiv6 is a pretty poor natural nootropic.
It claims to boost BDNF levels. It doesn’t.
It claims to be a high powered, market-leading supplement. It isn’t.
Its ingredient list looks like it belongs on a health-boosting smoothie, not a serous focus and memory boosting supplement.
It contains two proven nootropics. Cognizin is a powerful focus enhancer, and Ashwagandha is a fairly effective stress buster. But these two ingredients don’t justify the premium price tag.
There are stacks that can deliver the benefits promised by NaturalCell’s NeuroActiv6.
Unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.
